Chatting with another patron at my local cafe today I put forward that rabies was a fictitious condition with the question, “If rabies existed do you really think they would have managed to keep it out of Australia?” and added that what is assigned to rabies are epileptic fits. My friend said, “My dog got distemper, was frothing at the mouth and then died.” The penny dropped. So we have the supposed condition “rabies” but we call it distemper.
Interestingly, the etymological roots of both distemper and rabies have very similar meanings:
Distemper - Middle English - derange, unsettle
Rabies - Latin, rabere - to rage or rave, and may have roots in a Sanskrit word rabhas, which means to do violence
A priori:
the evidence shows that no virus has ever been isolated as claimed by virologists starting with ex-virologist, Dr Stefan Lanka, showing that the scientific work done to isolate the alleged measles virus did not follow the scientific method.
from the late 1800s when Pasteur claimed to have identified the alleged infectious disease, rabies, doctors and scientists have rubbished the notion of this infectious disease but despite this rubbishing, the myth of rabies persists.
As Katie Sugak showed in her excellent video, The Truth about Smallpox, the alleged distinct condition, smallpox, has been applied to multiple conditions and we might wonder if both the alleged virally-caused conditions, rabies and distemper, might really be considered under the umbrella term, Dog Seizure Disorder, the causes of which are varied … but none of them viral.

Causes of Dog Seizure Disorder
Eating something that's toxic to dogs, such as chocolate or antifreeze
Liver disease
Liver shunts (abnormal blood vessels that affect the liver)
Low or high blood sugar
Infectious diseases like rabies and distemper
Strokes
Certain drugs
Brain cancer
Can Some Foods Trigger a Seizure in Dogs?
Certain foods and beverages that are safe for humans can lead to seizures in your dog. They include:
Chocolate
Caffeine
Alcoholic beverages
Raw bread dough
The artificial sweetener xylitol, which is found in things like toothpaste, gummy vitamins, and sugar-free candies and gums
Too much salt, which they can get the form of table salt, seawater, or modeling clay
What Are the Symptoms of Seizures in Dogs?
Seizures can take many different forms, ranging from mild facial tics to whole-body shaking. It may not be easy to tell when your dog is having a seizure. Among the possible symptoms are:
Unusual barking
A dazed look
Staring into space
Twitching that can affect just a few muscles or their whole body
Drooling
Chomping
Stumbling
Falling
Tongue chewing
Foaming at the mouth
Paddling motions with their legs
Uncontrollable peeing or pooping
Loss of consciousness
Distemper and rabies
According to Ontario Wildlife Removal there are two sets of symptoms distinguishing distemper and rabies, however, diarrhea is missing as a symptom of rabies although supposedly a symptom in humans of rabies is diarrhea and dogs can suffer diarrhea from the rabies vaccine. It seems odd no? - humans suffer diarrhea from rabies while dogs don’t but dogs can suffer diarrhea from the “rabies vaccine”?
Also, foaming at the mouth is not mentioned for either distemper or rabies and yet it is a recognised symptom of both alleged conditions as well as epilepsy. Seizures is listed for distemper while excessive salivation is listed for rabies, why not the clear visual symptom of foaming at the mouth for both? There’s a vagueness about the symptoms which perhaps serves as an artificial way to argue for two distinct conditions. How is “agitation” displayed differently from “abnormal behaviour”, for example?
Epilepsy
Symptoms from ChatGPT
Seizures: The most common symptom, which can range from mild to severe. Seizures may involve:
Convulsions or uncontrollable shaking
Muscle twitching or jerking
Drooling or foaming at the mouth
Loss of consciousness
Paddling of the legs
Stiffening of the body
Pre-Ictal Phase (Aura): Before a seizure, dogs may show signs of anxiety or restlessness. They may seek attention, hide, or seem confused.
Ictal Phase (Seizure): During the seizure, dogs may experience full-body convulsions or focal (localized) seizures affecting a specific part of the body.
Post-Ictal Phase: After the seizure, dogs may appear disoriented, confused, or temporarily blind. They may also experience fatigue, increased thirst, or hunger.
Differences between epilepsy and rabies (ChatGPT)
Seizures: While seizures are a hallmark of epilepsy, they are a late-stage symptom of rabies when the virus has caused significant neurological damage.
Behavioral Changes: Rabies typically causes severe behavioral changes (e.g., aggression, hyperactivity, paralysis) that are not seen in epilepsy. Epileptic dogs are generally normal between seizures.
Disease Progression: Epilepsy is a chronic condition with episodic symptoms, whereas rabies progresses rapidly to death once symptoms appear.
Onset of Symptoms: Epilepsy can develop at any age and is not contagious, whereas rabies is infectious and symptoms usually appear within weeks to months after exposure to the virus.
Comment: Supposedly, seizures are a late-stage symptom of rabies differentiating them from epilepsy, however, both prior to and post seizures due to epilepsy we’re told that dogs may show signs of behaviour typical of rabies.
Three types of rabies
Supposedly, there are three types of rabies:
encephalitic (also considered "furious")
paralytic (also considered "dumb")
non-classic
… or are these alleged types just a way of assigning disparate conditions to a disease that does not exist.
Raccoons “diagnosed” with distemper and rabies
Raccoon said to be showing the first signs of distemper but what is the clear evidence of a specific condition?
Raccoon said to be suffering from rabies (distressing) but what says the raccoon is not showing reaction to a toxin or suffering some other condition?

Hi Petra, the symptoms you list for these conditions seem like toxic reactions. Are they really different conditions, or are the Drs coding or seeing these differently or is it something in the environment that is making these different? There is no way to say until there is something physical/chemical to actually measure. But no rabies virus has ever been found.
I have a lot of wild critters here including coyotes, raccoons, squirrels & opossums and have never seen behavior like that but maybe with the brain chips & 5G it will become more common, will they weaponize wild animals?
